Legal basis and purpose of processing

Period of retention of data

Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly essential to the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous. Failure to provide the information therefore makes it impossible for the applicant to receive the requested estimate. For the purpose referred to in point b) above, the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data and to give consent implies the impossibility for the Data Controller to follow up the sending of the newsletter containing information and to access the benefits related to it. Scope of data communication and categories of recipients Your data may be communicated: - for the purposes referred to in point A), to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorised data processors and/or system administrators; - for the purposes referred to in point B), the following categories of external parties such as independent data controllers or external data processors:
